May 30th, at noon at Health Centre. Looking for participants to accept the challenge of abstaining from tobacco products on May 31st.  We will discuss smoking cessation aids available and on-hand as well as support systems to help make it through this challenge!  Prizes available for participants who complete their pledge to quit tobacco on May 31st!

Looking for committed and interested people to take part in a CCFN Canoe Trip to Little Missinaibi Lake.  Four to five days of canoeing.  Ages 16 and up (children under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian or parent).  Tentative date:  August 14, 2023.  REGISTER BEFORE MAY 31, 2023.  This is for feedback to see how many people are interested.  Call Health to register 705-864-0200.  Meegwetch!
